The truth is Obama's job is to be the visible leader for the nation. He failed to get on television and push his agenda when it was being thwarted by the opposing party. The GOP launched a media attack on Obama with lies and distortions that were rarely condemned. He began to speak out against Republicans when it was far too late in the game.

I will not judge Obama's work in its entirety until his presidency is complete. As of today, he has failed to implement significant change in the health sector and has let the GOP reclaim the House without doing much about it.

I would like to see him get on TV and say, "The Republicans don't care about you - only themselves" or something to that effect. It's not like it would hurt his ability to compromise with them.

There are some nice things such as access for people with pre-existing conditions. However, I don't think enough change was implemented to warrant spending $940 billion. The money should have gone to education as soon as the Democrats realized the GOP had seized their bill.
