Level: 3 CS Original | I think its better if nobody else gets involved in Libya to be honest. But at the end of the day according to alot of people it will be America's fault regardless of what eventually happens.

HAIL HYDRA Level: 6 CS Original | UN security council has OK'd an air strike. I predict US support for sure, limited German support- if at all- and a contingent of Middle European powers. Arab world will largely oppose the strikes due to the message they think this sends their own populations.

HAIL HYDRA Level: 6 CS Original | On what basis? The US was involved in Bosnia and Kosov despite the fact that there had been a remarkably poor outcome in Somalia. Do you think the US wouldnt support a blue helmet operation or even offer support considering US air craft carriers are already in the region>

HAIL HYDRA Level: 6 CS Original | No, I really dont see any US troops being on the ground. Maybe some pilots loaned to air strikes like in Kosovo, but there is not much of an appetite to put boots on the ground or act extensively.

HAIL HYDRA Level: 6 CS Original | Hmmm... perhaps my assessment was off "The resolution stresses the necessity of notifying the Arab League of military action and specifically notes an “important role” for Arab nations in enforcing the no-fly zone. Diplomats said Qatar and the United Arab Emirates were considering taking a leading role, with Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Egypt also considering participating." -New York Times http://www.nytimes.com/2011/03/18/world/africa/18nations.html?pagewanted=2&_r=1&hp
