Genuine American Monster Level: 70 CS Original | Wisconsin Governor Refuses Unions' Offer Democrats and union leaders had offered to give Republican Gov. Scott Walker the financial concessions he wanted if public employees could retain collective bargaining rights. During a Monday news conference at the Capitol, Walker rejected that idea, saying that he would not negotiate. http://www.npr.org/2011/02/21/133945476/wisconsin-governor-refuses-unions-compromise</p> ----- This isn't about the deficit. This is about political philosophy.

Level: 4 CS Original | Shows what you know. On a more serious note I got some pro-union stickers for my car from a local USW which has been been locked out by Honeywell. What pisses me off more than anything about the anti-union crowd is when they claim union members are lazy. The union members I saw today were all middle aged and all had bodies that looked worse for wear. I've actually know people who got union jobs thinking they wouldn't have to work only to quit because they couldn't handle the work.
