These are people who don't have access to internet in a wider sense. It also doesn't explain why last years protests didnt expand. | |||||

All it takes is one person in a community with Internet access or a cell phone to foment unrest with others. | |||||

I think the point is that this is certainly spreading now, and in some senses it is something the people of these countries are pushing for against some rather terrible regimes. What I wonder is how wide this can really spread and what kind of governments will emerge afterwards. One things for sure- this has absolutely nothing to do with TZM and TVP. | |||||
