Genuine American Monster Level: 70 CS Original | A Guardian reporter interviewed Sarah Palin while she was giving autographs to her fans. Sarah put her Sharpie marker on a book, a hat, and an American flag. The latter of which is against the law! Salon blogger Emma Mustich caught the flag desecration at 1:35 in the below video. Palin autographs a star-spangled banner, then waves it and smiles. http://tpmlivewire.talkingpointsmemo.com/2010/10/watch-sarah-palin-desecrate-a-flag.php?ref=fpb

Genuine American Monster Level: 70 CS Original | Flag desecration is protected by the First Amendment because it is a form of protest. This is not, and is therefore not protected. I'm not a lawyer though and could be wrong.

Level: 12 CS Original | This certainly isn't against the law; but it furthers the argument that she's a dumbass. You don't do that.
