A 4chan user claimed to know the code to properly read messages broadcasted over UVB-76. claim included a bomb being set off in Seoul which would precipitate the third World War. This war would include massive international alliances and world leaders jetting off to secure locations.
Explanation
Of course, there are no details of who this person is, what the code is, or even if UVB-76 sends any such orders or information at all. No bomb was set off in Seoul, and it is unclear what the purpose of UVB-76 is. Furthermore, the prediction itself did not detail which code it was allegedly breaking back in May of 2005.
