Aldous Huxley was the first supporter of Charles Darwin

This myth is used by some conspiracy theorists who wish to make connections between Huxley's fictional writing and actual plans that Darwin and the Huxley family had to create a race of superhumans. This really comes from either an accidental or deliberate confusion. One of the first supporters of evolution was Aldous Huxley's grandfather Thomas Henry Huxley[22].

Note: Sometimes Julian Huxley is used instead of Aldous Huxley. While Julian Huxley was a strong supporter of natural selection, he still was not the first.
