This is page 17 of my discussion on the Alex Jones film Dark Secrets: Inside Bohemian Grove. If you were linked here by mistake, please refer to page one of this article, which contains the introduction.
This is the ritual transcribed from the video. The video did contain subtitles, however there were a few errors in it, and I corrected them. If you find error in my transcription, please be sure to contact me.

The owl is in his leafy temple. Let all within the Grove be reverent before him. Lift up your heads, oh ye trees and be lifted up ye everlasting spires, for behold! Here is Bohemia's shrine and holy are the pillars of this house.
Weaving spiders come not here.
This is really, really goofy.

Hail, Bohemians. With the ripple of waters, the song of birds, such music as inspires the stinking soul, do we invite you into Midsummer's joy. The sky above is blue and sewn with stars. The forest floor is heaped with fragrant grit. The evening's cool kiss is yours. The campfires glow. The birth of rosy-fingered dawn. Shake off your sorrows with the city's dust and cast to the winds the cares of life. But memory bring back the well-loved names of gallant friends who knew and loved this grove, dear boon companions of the long ago.
Aye, let them join us in this ritual, not a place be empty in our midst. All these battles to hold in this gray autumn of the world or in springtime in your heart, attend our tale. Gather ye, forest folk, and cast your spell over these mortals. Touch their world blind eyes with carrion.
Open their eyes to fancy. Follow the memories of yesterday and seal the gates of sorrow. It is a dream and yet, not all a dream. Dull Care in all of his works harbored it. As vanished Babylon and goodly Tyre, so shall they also vanish. But the wilding rose blows on the broken battlements of Tyre. And moss rends the stones of Babylon.
For beauty is eternal, and we bow to beauty everlasting. For lasting happiness, we turn to one alone, and she surrounds you know. Great nature, refuge of the weary heart. And only found her breasts that had been bruised. She has cool hands for every fevered brow and dreadless silence for the troubled soul. Her councils are most wise, she healeth well, having such ministries as calm and sleep. She is ever faithful.
Other friends may fail, but seek ye her in any quiet place, smiling, she will rise and give to you her kiss. So ye must come as children, little children that believe don't ever doubt her beauty or her faith nor deem her tenderness can change or die.
This isn't a religious ritual at all, it's just terrible poetry about summertime beauty; and how summer must vanish (end) just as Babylon and Tyre have vanished.

Bohemians and priests!
The desperate call of heavy heart is answered. By the power of your fellowship, Dull Care is slain!
It seems as though Dull Care is a sort of representation of the members when they're working. Since they're not playing at the grove, they are fairly dull. So, they are "sacrificing" their dull selves and embracing the fun of summer get away. That's my interpretation anyway, and it seems a lot more likely than the over the top things the conspiracy theorists have been saying - especially since I listened to the poetry above, not simply close my ears and hear only .
[Cheering]
His body has been brought yonder to our funeral pyre to the joyous pipings of a funeral march.
[Snickering]
[Man #2]
Our funeral pyre awaits the corpse of Care.

Here you have the boatman, his face is painted like a skull, brining the bound body across the water. And we'll have enhanced video of this later, and, oh, let's see if you can pick up along all the different occultic meanings in the speeches you're about to hear.
A boatman with a skull face? Sounds like Charon, another aspect of Greek Mythology. This would make sense, because, following the owl, it was a large part of ancient Greek belief. Charon was a ferryman who carried the souls of the recently deceased in his boat across the river that separated the world of the living from the world of the dead[74].
This makes sense, as I explained at the beginning of this article, the Bohemian Club was started due to the member's belief in a lack of culture in post-gold rush California[12][13][14]. They viewed themselves as well informed, avant-garde journalists, and what a better symbol than the owl? Which represented knowledge in Greek culture, due to its connection with Athena[9][10]. Being well versed in Greek culture, it's logical to believe they'd take other aspects from it as well.
